Cammell Laird is a ship repair yard based in Gibraltar which is situated at the southern point of Spain, with a long and distinguished history. It is and has been under new management over the last few years during this time has proceeded to expand and develop. This yard focuses on the repair of up to 75,000 ton vessels in the dry dock, while the wet dock works on up to 300,000 ton vessels. Currently the yard has substantial work on their order book and operating at 95% utility rate, generating the requirement for new team members.
The living situation is most favourable allowing for yard workers to live in Gibraltar or indeed the nearby Spanish mainland.
